This veggie rooster pasta recipe is nutrient packed, scrumptious and fast. Who doesn’t love that? You may change up the pasta to your desire and use any leftover meat. Rotisserie rooster is a fast and simple protein on this recipe.

What You Want
Veggie Rooster Pasta Components:
- 1 bundle of pasta of selection (roughly 340g dried pasta) – I like utilizing gnocchi, ravioli or spiral pasta
- 2tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie rooster (or 2 cooked rooster breasts, diced)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- ½ pink onion, sliced
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups spinach
- ½ cup solar dried tomatoes
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Purple pepper flakes as desired
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- ½ cup flaked parmesan cheese
- ½ cup contemporary basil
Easy methods to Make the Veggie Rooster Pasta Recipe
- Boil water and cook dinner pasta as per instructions. Drain and put aside
