The Metropolis of Victoria is at present accepting purposes for its Artist in Residence program.
The Artist in Residence program offers an expert artist the chance to work collaboratively with the neighborhood, Metropolis workers, and the Artwork in Public Locations Committee to determine and develop an artwork plan over a two-year time period.
This system is open to mid-career skilled artists working in visible media (portray, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, crafts, pictures, movie, and video), music, efficiency, and literary artwork. The artist have to be a resident of British Columbia. All purposes are reviewed by a range panel and shortlisted candidates endure an interview course of with the Metropolis’s Artwork in Public Locations Committee.
