Northwestern Mutual earns good rating on Incapacity Equality Index

Northwestern Mutual earns perfect score on Disability Equality Index

Northwestern Mutual has earned its fourth consecutive good rating on the Incapacity Equality Index (DEI), one of the complete nationwide benchmarks for measuring incapacity inclusion within the office.

“Northwestern Mutual continues to take significant steps to strengthen its tradition of inclusivity – one wherein each worker feels celebrated and supported,” mentioned Amy Hanneman, vp of range and inclusion at Northwestern Mutual. “Receiving one other good rating on this 12 months’s index validates our efforts and motivates us to proceed striving for even higher fairness and inclusion within the office.”

Administered by the American Affiliation of Individuals with Disabilities and Incapacity:IN, the DEI measures company incapacity inclusion practices and identifies alternatives for continued enchancment.
